1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the kx99 website accessible at kx99.io and all associated services, games, and betting markets available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform without registration for informational purposes.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of the kx99 registration process.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the default and sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by kx99 to a Player subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, slot, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for withdrawal processing and, where applicable, for large deposit thresholds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, session time-out, cooling-off, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Players through their account settings or by contacting support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager on the kx99 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules specific to individual games, promotions, or payment methods that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule prevails.

2.3 If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and both you and that person accept joint and several liability for compliance.

2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version governs.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any real-money activity on kx99. This minimum age applies to all Players regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. kx99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.2.1 The Platform is primarily designed for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your participation does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.2.2 kx99 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its discretion without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Requirements

3.3.1 Each Player may register one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players must notify kx99 promptly if any registered information changes.

3.3.3 You must not register using false identity information or on behalf of any third party without their express written consent.

4. Account Management

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.

4.2 You must notify kx99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kx99 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 kx99 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time if it reasonably believes the Account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to the Platform or other Players.

4.4 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure before closure is finalised.

4.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. kx99 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy procedures to the remaining balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.1.1 All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in the Player's own name. kx99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted BDT deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.1.2 The minimum deposit on kx99 is ৳100. Deposit limits may vary by payment method. kx99 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.

5.1.3 kx99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which kx99 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.2.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kx99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2.2 Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.

5.2.3 Standard withdrawal processing times for bKash and Nagad are 1–3 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.2.4 kx99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kx99 Platform are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus rules set out in this section apply.

6.2 Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonuses are issued for personal use only. They may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Player.

6.4 kx99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk betting patterns to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to claim a bonus.

6.5 Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events — including BPL season bonuses, Eid reload offers, and Pohela Boishakh promotions — are subject to individual campaign terms published at the time of the promotion and may have shorter validity windows than standard ongoing offers.

6.6 kx99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect the position of Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled the conditions of an active bonus.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 By placing a Wager on any game or sports market available on the kx99 Platform, you accept the specific rules and payout structures applicable to that game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface.

7.2 All Wagers are final once confirmed. kx99 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a Wager after it has been placed, except where a technical error on the part of kx99 is identified and verified.

7.3 In the event of a disconnection, power failure, or network interruption during an active game session, kx99 will apply the game provider's standard disconnection policy. In most cases, incomplete rounds are resolved using the last confirmed game state. kx99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.4 For sports betting markets, kx99 follows widely accepted industry rules for settlement. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion, kx99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.5 kx99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of simultaneous open bets for any Player at its discretion, without providing a reason.

7.6 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous payout multipliers, or software malfunction — kx99 reserves the right to declare all affected Wagers void and return stakes to the respective Players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit, withdrawal, or wagering limits through structured transactions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after withdrawable winnings have been credited.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account access to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 kx99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the kx99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the property of kx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 The kx99 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary marks of kx99. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from network outages, payment system failures, or game server downtime.

11.2 kx99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or free of errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

11.3 kx99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 kx99 is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other external service integrated into the Platform.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 kx99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at kx99.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.3 kx99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform servers. Account data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.

13. Amendments

13.1 kx99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

13.2 For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, kx99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent on-platform notice.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kx99 Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be subject to binding arbitration.

14.2 kx99 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
